Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware.
Set up new user accounts and workstations.

Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability. Apply OS patches, updates, and configuration changes. Perform regular system backups and recovery operations.
3. Security Management:
Implement and manage security measures to protect data and systems. Monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
4. Network Management:
Configure and manage network infrastructure. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues. Implement and manage VPNs, VLANs, and other network technologies.
5. User Support and Training:
Provide technical support and assistance to users. Train users on new systems and software.
6. System Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures. Create and update technical manuals and guides.
7. Resource Management:
Manage and optimize system resources (CPU, memory, storage).Plan and implement system upgrades and improvements.
8. Disaster Recovery Planning:
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.Test and verify backup and recovery procedures.
